Good condition overall considering age. Pop ups work! Some damage on the page that is sealed in 2 places (the 45 "record" is attached to it) it is ripped next to one of the seals. Also, two pages stuck together from the disintegrated balloon towards the back of the book. Please see all photos to determine condition for yourself. Really a fantastic collectors item!
